本政策說明開發者 KoyamaAtsushi（以下稱「我們」）如何處理 Android 應用程式 錄音轉文字：AI逐字稿與會議記錄、語音轉文字（套件名稱 com.koyama.zhuzigao，以下稱「本應用程式」）中的資料，僅適用於本應用程式。

1. 我們不蒐集個人資料

本應用程式不需要註冊帳號，也不需要登入。我們不會索取姓名、電子郵件地址、電話號碼或住址，也不會蒐集位置資訊。我們不販售任何資料，也不會提供給資料仲介業者。

2. 錄音檔

本應用程式透過裝置麥克風錄音，或匯入您選擇的音訊檔案，唯一目的是將其轉換為文字。

處理音訊時，我們委託僅依我們指示行事的服務供應商：Google（Firebase、Vertex AI / Gemini）、OpenAI 與 Soniox。

3. 匿名識別碼

為了將上傳的檔案與伺服器回應配對，本應用程式會建立匿名的技術識別碼（Firebase Anonymous Authentication）。該識別碼不與任何帳號或您的身分連結。

4. 診斷與穩定性

本應用程式使用 Firebase Crashlytics 與 Google Analytics for Firebase 偵測當機與錯誤。這些資料屬於技術性且彙總的資訊（裝置型號、系統版本、當機事件），無法識別您個人，也絕不包含您的錄音或轉寫內容。

5. 應用程式內購買

本應用程式提供付費功能。付款完全由 Google Play 處理。我們不會收取或保存您的信用卡資料或其他付款資訊。

本應用程式以成年人為對象，並非針對兒童設計。

8. 您的權利

由於資料留存在您的裝置中，您可隨時自行刪除：在應用程式中刪除該筆記錄，或解除安裝應用程式。如有疑問、要求刪除資料或行使 GDPR 所賦予的其他權利，請來信 barcord.app@gmail.com。我們會在合理期限內回覆。

9. 變更

若本政策有重大變更，我們會更新本頁面及上方的生效日期以資通知。

This policy explains how the developer KoyamaAtsushi (“we”) handles data in the Android app 錄音轉文字：AI逐字稿與會議記錄、語音轉文字 (package com.koyama.zhuzigao, the “App”). It applies to this App only.

1. No personal data collected

The App needs no account and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address, and we do not collect location data. We never sell data and never share it with data brokers.

2. Audio recordings

The App records audio through the device microphone, or imports an audio file you choose, for the sole purpose of turning it into text.

  • The recording is sent to our server (Google Cloud) only for the duration of processing.
  • The file is deleted from the server as soon as transcription finishes. We do not keep it.
  • Recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI models or for any other purpose.
  • The resulting text is stored locally on your device. Deleting the note in the App, or uninstalling the App, removes it.

For audio processing we use processors acting solely on our instructions: Google (Firebase, Vertex AI / Gemini), OpenAI and Soniox.

3. Anonymous identifier

To match an uploaded file with the server's reply, the App creates an anonymous technical identifier (Firebase Anonymous Authentication). It is not linked to any account or to your identity.

4. Diagnostics and stability

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to detect crashes and errors. This data is technical and aggregated (device model, OS version, crash event), does not identify you, and never contains your recordings or transcripts.

5. In-app purchases

The App offers paid features. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card or payment details.

6. Permissions

  • Microphone — to record the audio you want transcribed.
  • Foreground service (microphone) — to keep recording while the screen is off or the App is in the background.
  • File access — only for the file you explicitly pick for import.
  • Notifications — recording status and task reminders.

7. Children

The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

8. Your rights

Because data stays on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time by removing the note or uninstalling the App. For questions, deletion requests or other GDPR rights, write to barcord.app@gmail.com. We reply within a reasonable time.

9. Changes

We will announce material changes by updating this page and the effective date above.
