Šī politika skaidro, kā izstrādātājs KoyamaAtsushi (“mēs”) apstrādā datus Android lietotnē Sapulces Protokols: Balss AI (pakotne com.koyama.protokols, “Lietotne”). Tā attiecas tikai uz šo Lietotni.
1. Personas dati netiek vākti
Lietotnei nav nepieciešams konts vai pieteikšanās. Mēs nejautājam jūsu vārdu, e-pasta adresi, tālruņa numuru vai pasta adresi, kā arī nevācam atrašanās vietas datus. Mēs nekad nepārdodam datus un nekad nekopīgojam tos ar datu starpniekiem.
2. Audioieraksti
Lietotne ieraksta audio, izmantojot ierīces mikrofonu, vai importē jūsu izvēlēto audiofailu vienīgi nolūkā pārvērst to tekstā.
- Ieraksts tiek nosūtīts uz mūsu serveri (Google Cloud) tikai apstrādes veikšanas laikā.
- Fails tiek dzēsts no servera, tiklīdz transkripcija ir pabeigta. Mēs to nesaglabājam.
- Ieraksti un transkripcijas nekad netiek izmantoti MI modeļu apmācībai vai jebkādam citam nolūkam.
- Iegūtais teksts tiek glabāts lokāli jūsu ierīcē. Dzēšot piezīmi Lietotnē vai atinstalējot Lietotni, tas tiek noņemts.
Audio apstrādei mēs izmantojam apstrādātājus, kas darbojas vienīgi saskaņā ar mūsu norādījumiem: Google (Firebase, Vertex AI / Gemini), OpenAI un Soniox.
3. Anonīms identifikators
Lai saskaņotu augšupielādēto failu ar servera atbildi, Lietotne izveido anonīmu tehnisko identifikatoru (Firebase Anonymous Authentication). Tas netiek sasaistīts ne ar vienu kontu, ne ar jūsu identitāti.
4. Diagnostika un stabilitāte
Lietotne izmanto Firebase Crashlytics un Google Analytics for Firebase, lai konstatētu kļūmes un kļūdas. Šie dati ir tehniski un apkopoti (ierīces modelis, OS versija, kļūmes notikums), tie neidentificē jūs un nekad nesatur jūsu ierakstus vai transkripcijas.
5. Pirkumi lietotnē
Lietotne piedāvā maksas funkcijas. Maksājumus pilnībā apstrādā Google Play. Mēs nekad nesaņemam un neglabājam jūsu kartes vai maksājumu datus.
6. Atļaujas
- Mikrofons — lai ierakstītu audio, ko vēlaties transkribēt.
- Priekšplāna pakalpojums (mikrofons) — lai turpinātu ierakstīšanu, kad ekrāns ir izslēgts vai Lietotne darbojas fona režīmā.
- Piekļuve failiem — tikai failam, kuru jūs tieši izvēlaties importēšanai.
- Paziņojumi — ierakstīšanas statuss un uzdevumu atgādinājumi.
7. Bērni
Lietotne ir paredzēta pieaugušajiem un nav orientēta uz bērniem.
8. Jūsu tiesības
Tā kā dati paliek jūsu ierīcē, jūs varat tos dzēst jebkurā laikā, izdzēšot piezīmi vai atinstalējot Lietotni. Jautājumu, dzēšanas pieprasījumu vai citu GDPR tiesību gadījumā rakstiet uz barcord.app@gmail.com. Mēs atbildēsim saprātīgā termiņā.
9. Izmaiņas
Par būtiskām izmaiņām mēs paziņosim, atjauninot šo lapu un iepriekš norādīto spēkā stāšanās datumu.

This policy explains how the developer KoyamaAtsushi (“we”) handles data in the Android app Sapulces Protokols: Balss AI (package com.koyama.protokols, the “App”). It applies to this App only.
1. No personal data collected
The App needs no account and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address, and we do not collect location data. We never sell data and never share it with data brokers.
2. Audio recordings
The App records audio through the device microphone, or imports an audio file you choose, for the sole purpose of turning it into text.
- The recording is sent to our server (Google Cloud) only for the duration of processing.
- The file is deleted from the server as soon as transcription finishes. We do not keep it.
- Recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI models or for any other purpose.
- The resulting text is stored locally on your device. Deleting the note in the App, or uninstalling the App, removes it.
For audio processing we use processors acting solely on our instructions: Google (Firebase, Vertex AI / Gemini), OpenAI and Soniox.
3. Anonymous identifier
To match an uploaded file with the server's reply, the App creates an anonymous technical identifier (Firebase Anonymous Authentication). It is not linked to any account or to your identity.
4. Diagnostics and stability
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to detect crashes and errors. This data is technical and aggregated (device model, OS version, crash event), does not identify you, and never contains your recordings or transcripts.
5. In-app purchases
The App offers paid features. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
6. Permissions
- Microphone — to record the audio you want transcribed.
- Foreground service (microphone) — to keep recording while the screen is off or the App is in the background.
- File access — only for the file you explicitly pick for import.
- Notifications — recording status and task reminders.
7. Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
8. Your rights
Because data stays on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time by removing the note or uninstalling the App. For questions, deletion requests or other GDPR rights, write to barcord.app@gmail.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We will announce material changes by updating this page and the effective date above.
